We want you to be completely satisfied with your heirloom-quality Pendleton wool blanket. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, we accept returns of unwashed and unused items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online return portal with your order number and zip code to select the blanket you wish to return and receive a prepaid shipping label.

  Pack with Care

  Place the blanket in its original packaging, ensuring all authentic Pendleton tags and labels are still attached to protect the wool fibers during transit.

  Ship the Package

  Affix the prepaid label to your box and drop it off at any authorized shipping location; please retain your tracking receipt for your records.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the item to ensure it meets our quality standards, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
